What you gain from roof restoration

Avoid early replacement

Keeps serviceable roofs in use instead of forcing an expensive strip and rebuild.

Built for the roof

Primer and coating build are chosen to suit condition, exposure and warranty needs.

Sharper building appearance

A fresh, even finish improves the roof line while protecting the surface beneath.

Restore a tired roof before it becomes a bigger job

When a commercial or industrial roof starts looking worn, the problem is rarely just cosmetic. Faded finishes, minor leaks, surface wear and UV exposure all point to a roof that needs protecting before the bill gets much larger. With SprayTastic, we first check whether the existing roof is still a sound candidate for coating and then build the system around what it actually needs. On suitable roofs, a properly specified coating can restore weather resistance, help prevent water ingress and extend service life without jumping straight to full replacement.

Specification first, coating second

Every SprayTastic survey looks at the substrate, the roof condition, exposed details and the level of cover you want from the finished system. That shapes the primer, coating build and whether a waterproof or heat-reflective finish is the better fit. We plan cleaning, preparation, coating and final inspection as one roof system, so the finish is doing real protective work. Where the selected manufacturer system qualifies, you can also have manufacturer-backed warranty cover to support the investment.

Frequently asked questions

Can roof coatings stop leaks on every roof?

Not on every roof. We start by checking the substrate, joints, previous coatings and signs of trapped moisture. If the roof is still a suitable candidate, a specified coating system can help resist water ingress. If the structure is failing, we will say so.

How is the warranty length decided?

Warranty length depends on the roof type, its condition, the preparation it needs and the approved coating system selected. On qualifying systems, manufacturer-backed roof cover can range from 5 to 25 years, with selected products offering longer protection.

Is coating cheaper than replacing a metal roof?

Often, yes, if the roof sheets remain serviceable. Coating can avoid the waste, downtime and higher cost of stripping out a full roof. The survey matters though, because badly failed sheets, joints or fixings may need more than a surface treatment.
